This Program Will:

  • Provide an overview of children’s reactions to divorce

  • Teach parents skills that help children cope

  • Illustrate common pitfalls to avoid and reduce conflict

  • Be led by two certified presenters

  • Include written resources and a handbook

Studies have shown what a profound impact divorce can have on a child. That is why Family Services of Central Massachusetts believes that parents have a significant obligation and opportunity to help their children cope with the loss and changes that divorce brings on a family.

This course was not only designed to provide parents with the skills and tools necessary to lessen this impact, but to help children adjust to their new households and to promote co-parenting.
