Sabrina R. Bohun, Esq.
Sabrina joined FSCM as the Director of Mediation in May 2017. She earned her BA in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire and Juris Doctor from the Massachusetts School of Law, becoming licensed to practice in 2009. Sabrina’s legal work includes working as a Volunteer Attorney with the Volunteer Lawyer’s Project; Mediating with a variety of Community Mediation Programs; Conducting Real Estate Closings with a MA firm; and most recently working as a Case and Outreach Coordinator for MetroWest Mediation Services, Inc. Sabrina is an experienced Mediator and Trainer in the areas of: Small Claims, Summary Process, Harassment Prevention Orders, Civil Cases, Divorce and Family, and Elder mediation. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Sabrina was a Police Officer in NH.
Director, Home Care Services
Marnie has over 25 years of experience in multiple healthcare settings. Most recently serving as the Manager of Clinical Computer Services for a certified home care and hospice agency in Worcester County. She has experience in program development, regulatory compliance, clinical software, implementing and maintaining policy and procedures along with establishing effective office workflows. Marnie has the foresight to make changes to improve and expand service to our community.
Director, RSVP Volunteers of Central MA
Barbara became RSVP Director in April of 2012, having served the organization for four years as Literacy Corps programs coordinator. A graduate of Clark University and a former teacher, Barbara has served Worcester organizations over the years at “grass roots” as well as board levels. Barbara believes in the power of service to others to help the volunteer as well as the community.
Joanne Gravell, SC.M.
Director, Center for Childcare Careers
Joanne has been on staff at Center for Childcare Careers, formerly known as Child Care Connection since 1989 and has served as director since 1994. She majored in public health receiving her undergraduate degree from University of Massachusetts/Amherst and her master’s from John Hopkins University. She has worked as a trainer and program coordinator in the child care field. Joanne is the author of the “Family Child Care Health and Safety” course.
Kerry Lavallee, MSSW, LICSW
Director, Counseling and EAP Services
Kerry is a clinical social worker who brings with her to FSCM more than 20 years’ experience developing high-quality clinical programs for children, families, and employee assistance with a successful track record of engaging communities, businesses, and state and local agencies. Most recently Kerry worked in managed healthcare, helping to ensure access to quality services for members enrolled in the healthcare plan. Since earning her MSSW from the University of Texas at Austin, she has worked in programs in Texas, New Mexico, Illinois and, for the past decade, Massachusetts. A conscientious and compassionate clinician, Kerry works collaboratively with her clients to foster resiliency, promote meaningful growth, develop their innate strengths, and empower them to set and achieve their goals. Kerry is also a licensed foster parent and serves on the Board of her local SEPAC.
Director, Senior Companion Program
Joy has over twenty years experience within the Human Services Field, in a variety of settings providing services to different populations. Joy has worked with the elderly, families at risk, the homeless population, individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well with incarcerated men and women. Joy received her Bachelor’s of Science in Human Services from Springfield College, and her Master’s of Science in Human Behavior from Capella University. She became Program Director following a period of service as the Senior Companion Program Volunteer Engagement Counselor.
